Phil, Safe Leadership Course Trainer

Phil’s background in secondary education, implementing and running an Institute of Leadership accredited course for international students over the last 4 years, and experience in church leadership has given Phil a unique perspective on what makes for not just good leaders but safe leaders that develop safe cultures in workplaces and teams.
